DIY Eye Makeup Remover

2 TB witch hazel

6 TB water

2 tsp fractionated coconut oil

4 drops lavender

4 drops lemon

4 drops frankincense

Shake before each use. Use caution not to get in eyes. I put about 6 drops on a cotton ball with each use. This makes about 2 small dropper bottles worth. Regular coconut oil will solidify.
